Trisynia founder, David Martin said:

“I’m thrilled to share that my business has officially been acquired Insight Integration Technology, marking an exciting new chapter in its journey. This milestone is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and passion that have gone into building the Trisynia brand with our co-Director Tony Tuccillo so as to cultivate strong relationships with customers and partners. Knowing that Insight Integration Technology shares our values and vision for growth gives me great confidence that the legacy we’ve created will continue to thrive and evolve in meaningful ways.

The decision to sell was not taken lightly, but it brings immense satisfaction to see the business in capable hands with a similar technology business, poised for future success. I’m deeply grateful to our clients and staff who supported us along the way, and whose contributions made this achievement possible. As I transition into the next phase of my professional life, I look forward to watching the business flourish under the new experienced leadership of Todd and Brendan and am genuinely pleased with the outcome of this journey.”
