Do you have a Free IT review?

Yes. We offer a free IT review. We will review your IT environment for no fee and no expectation. Also we will review how your IT is working and will highlight potential problems, and we will make sure your IT support is right for your requirements. It is a way for us get to know each other and add value to your managed IT services.

I already have an IT person or company so why should Insight Integration be my IT support services provider?

Insight Integration will review your IT and technical needs and offer an alternative perspective. We have over 20 years of experience with businesses of different sizes.  After our initial review,we highlight recommendations for improvement. In summary, we will provide a better managed IT environment, with less problems.

What is included?

We cover the entire environment laptops, desktops, Macs, servers, phones, internet, mobile phones, printers, cables and everything else.

Can you support and improve our phone system?

Yes. We can create a quality and integrated phone system that in most cases also reduces costs.

Do you work with IT Managers and internal IT Departments?

Yes.  We work with a range of people and teams with different IT skills. We can create holiday and sick cover, extra backups, task management, advice and more. Justifying extra recruitment can cause challenges but Insight Integration is available to assist where necessary. Our team can simplify options,set up fast implementation and scale up when necessary.

Will you monitor my IT environment?

Yes. Our software will highlight if anything critical needs investigation. We often fix before you even know you have a problem.

Do you come to us?

We are based in the Sydney CBD so if you’re in the Sydney metro region we can come to you. If further afield we have a range of phone and remote support options which can support clients. What is a Managed Service Provider (MSP)?

Insight Integration is a Managed Service Provider.  It means we supply partial or fully outsourced IT support and proactive management of our clients IT environments.

Do you provide Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (BCP)?

We have been designing and implementing Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity systems since the Y2K projects in the late 1990s.  Each is tailored to the individual businesses requirements, statutory obligations and budget.

Can you provide me an IT security policy?

Insight Integration will assist you to develop IT security policies specific to your needs.  This can often include the implementation of best practice IT security systems, user workflows, and training requirements.

Can you help me migrate to the cloud?

We have successfully migrated many businesses in the cloud.  This includes the use of hybrid- cloud, Private cloud, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google G-Suite, Virtual servers, VMWare,  Virtual Desktops,  Cloud Storage, Cloud Backup,  and Recovery as a Service (RaaS).
